Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Request to change or cancel orders No cancellations or changes can be made to an order once it has entered our system.
Out of stock items: Every attempt is made to keep items in stock, however sometimes demand may exceed inventory. In the event a purchased item is out of stock, the remainder of the order will be shipped and a refund issued for the out of stock item. A full refund will be issued on orders which cannot be filled.
Incorrect item received: In the event a client reports an incorrect item received in their order, we require that the item be returned prior to a replacement item being shipped. PayPal credit will be issued for the cost of return postage, with a maximum value of $5. The correct item will be shipped via USPS Priority shipping with signature confirmation, regardless of the initial shipping method.
Malaysian Remy Hair: Any hair which is not advertised as virgin has been processed for texture. Any hair which is advertised as virgin, has not been processed. Our hair is only available in its virgin, natural color. We do not color process our hair. Each weft may consist of natural variations of color and/or texture. We make the best effort to take high resolution photographs to adequately represent the products we offer. Due to camera settings and computer monitor resolution differences, color and or texture may vary from actual product. No claims, warranties, performance promises or duration of longevity are made outside of the product description.
Shipping: Prior to purchasing any product on this site, the customer agrees to read and abide by all information and instructions stated in our shipping policy.

Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
Domestic Shipping: We only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses. This is usually the billing address. If you would like an order shipped to a different location, please contact PayPal such that the address can be added as a confirmed address to your account. This should be done prior to placing your order. Orders received for non-confirmed addresses will not be accepted by our order processing system. We ship via USPS. We offer Priority or Express shipping options. Shipping options are may be chosen at time of checkout.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times are based on the day your order is shipped, not the day the order is placed.
International Shipping: All international shipping is via insured USPS Express International post. Delivery time is typically 5-10 business days. A signature is required at delivery. Clients are responsible for for any duties or taxes levied against the shipment.
Customer Instructions: We will not place instructions on your shipment to leave packages on porches, hidden on the property, or to deviate in any manner from routine delivery practices. Any special delivery instructions must be requested by you to your carrier.
Order Processing: We make every attempt to ship within two business days following receipt of a cleared payment. We reserve the right to take up to five business days to process an order for shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Order Tracking: Clients will be sent an email notification from PayPal when their shipping label has been printed. This email will contain the USPS Express or USPS Priority tracking number as is applicable. To check the status of your order, log in to your PayPal account. Click on the order you wish to track to view the status of your shipment.
Delayed Shipments: This policy applies to any shipments delayed or lost by USPS. We understand the frustration when an order is not received within the expected time frame and we will make every effort to assist you in locating it. If your order is not received within seven (7) business days from the date of shipment, please contact us. We will contact USPS customer service and document an overdue shipment. USPS does not allow any lost claims to be filed for uninsured shipments. We strongly recommend insurance on all orders. Claims may be filed with USPS by the customer in an attempt to recover any losses. We are not responsible for any fees or costs associated with missed or canceled stylist appointments or planned installs due to any shipping delays or losses. Purchase your products well in advance of any scheduled appointments or events.
Unclaimed, Refused or Undeliverable Shipments: All aforementioned returns will incur a 25% restocking fee in addition to non-refundable shipping charges. We do not re-ship undeliverable or refused orders. If you would still like the products, you are welcome to place a new order with a valid address.
Halley's Curls values the privacy and security of our clients.When processing an order, we require the details of the bank account, credit card or debit card used in payment, as well as a delivery and billing addresses, e-mail address and contact number. Clients who supply us with their telephone numbers, will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding a current order that they have placed. For your added security, we do not store your bank, credit card or debit card numbers.Halley's Curls may use this information for our own promotion such as direct mailing, email and other form of contact. If you do not wish for your details to be held on record and used in this manner, you may contact us in writing and ask for your details to be removed. We will never sell your information to a third party.Our site automatically captures the user's IP address and session information. This is recognized by the Web server and is only used for system administration and to provide statistics which we use to evaluate site usage. All collected information is subject to disclosure when or if legally required to do so.
Errors and Omissions
Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, up-to-date information on our web site. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any web site is completely free of human or technological errors. This site may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and some information may not be complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies of omissions - including after an order has been submitted - and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
